Information document on withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal:

The end user has the recognized right of withdrawal of the purchase made through our website, and consequently, may withdraw from such purchase within a maximum period of 30 calendar days without the need of justification. The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which the end uses or a third one indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired the physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) to:

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right, is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

This right of withdrawal will not apply to all users who are not considered end users.

2. Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal by the end user, we will proceed to refund all payments received by you, the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without any unwarranted delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to effect such refund using the same means of payment used by such end user for the initial transaction, unless you expressly provide otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods, and checked the condition of them. The goods must be delivered or returned, without unwarranted delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you have communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered to have been met if the goods are returned before the end of this period. The end user shall assume the direct cost of returning the goods. 

The end user will only be responsible for any dismissed value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exceptions to withdrawal:

Goods are not allowed to be returned in the following cases:

•  Personalized goods.
•  Goods mixed in an inseparable way.
