These general sale conditions regulate all relations between Talleres Nasio S.L. (the seller) and its customers of the website (the customer) and is governed by Ley 3/2014, de 27 de Marzo, Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.
Before carrying out any transaction, the customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of and accepts these conditions as soon as he/she clicks on the Accept button.
1.- Particular conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges being aware, at the time of placing the order, of the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, details of the products, etc.) and declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer implies full acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
2.- Order
The customer places the order by clicking on the “Buy” button. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer, as well as the amount, the price per item, the price of shipping and VAT breakdown. The accepted forms of payment are by credit card or bank transfer. Payment by credit card will not be accepted for purchases over 1.000€ VAT included.
The customer will obtain information of the product: description, technical characteristics (in some cases), orientative photograph. The product may suffer, by availability of the manufacturer, non-substantial modifications in the products, as long as they do not suppose a demerit of the qualities and benefits advertised. It also includes retail price, which does not include VAT and shipping costs, which will be applied to the order according to current legislation.
The automatic registration systems of Talleres Nasio S.L. serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The customer must print and send to Talleres Nasio S.L. duly signed the purchase request for orders over 500 euros (cost of merchandise, including VAT). Also, the customer must attach these general conditions of sale on paper duly signed. Otherwise, orders above this amount will not be taken into account and will not be considered valid.
The invoice issued after the purchase will be sent to the email that the customer has provided to the online store when making the purchase, and the invoice will always be issued after sending the product.
If the customer cancels part or all of the purchase, Talleres Nasio S.L. will issue a credit invoice for the materials received.
3.- Order confirmation
Talleres Nasio S.L. confirms acceptance of your order to the customer through the means of his choice: email or post mail. The sale will not be finalized until Talleres Nasio S.L. confirms the order.
Talleres Nasio S.L. reserves the right not to confirm an order for a specific reason such as product supply, a problem related to the order received, an abnormal or incorrect order or a foreseeable problem concerning delivery. Talleres Nasio S.L. will proceed to inform the customer of the incident.
New orders may not be placed until the customer has paid the sums due for previous orders. Also, the ownership of the merchandise will not be fully transferred until Talleres Nasio S.L. receives the sums owed by the customer.
4.- Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. Talleres Nasio S.L. reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Shipments will be made anywhere in the world (EX-Work Shipping). By accepting the general conditions, the customer agrees to pay the customs charges of those places where payment is required. All our shipments will be accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
5.- Shipping times
Talleres Nasio S.L. will proceed to ship its products within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of payment of the order, as marked by Ley 34/2002 (LSSI). However, Talleres Nasio S.L. will try to ship the materials that are in stock within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment of the order. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date on which it will be available again, we will propose an equivalent substitute product or proceed to refund the amount of the purchase, in case the payment has been made.
6.- Shipping costs and receipt of orders
Shipping costs will be communicated at the time of placing the order, and will be added to the price of the order.
When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt form presented by the person making the delivery, on which he/she may include any remarks he/she deems necessary. By signing the receipt form, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated thereon. If the customer notices damaged products or missing products, he/she should make a claim to Talleres Nasio S.L., Almirante Cervera Street, Nº9 12100 Grao de Castellón, Spain. This claim must be answered within a maximum period of one month, counted from the presentation of the claim.
7.- Transportation Companies
Deliveries, both domestic and international, will be made by any of the shipping companies suggested by our online store that you choose, during normal business hours. Select the shipping address so that the package can be received by the person indicated.
8.- Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices are indicated in Euros and do not include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by Talleres Nasio S.L. Payment for products and services is made by credit card in a secure environment on our supplier’s server, or by bank transfer.
Talleres Nasio S.L. retains the ownership of the products until the customer pays the price of the products and services in full.
9.- Product data sheet
The photographs showing the products are provided for illustrative purposes only. Differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The colors of the products shown in the online store may differ from the actual color of the product.
10.- Terms of payment
The ordered products will be delivered after payment by credit card or bank transfer. Payment by credit card will not be accepted for purchases over 1.000€ VAT included. Shipments will be made once received by Talleres Nasio S.L. the payment of the purchase amount.
11.- Private information Security and personal data
Talleres Nasio S.L. informs users that it complies with the current data protection regulations, Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre.3. In addition, it is obliged to protect your private information. Personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. In no case will Talleres Nasio S.L. proceed to sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties.
By placing orders through our website, you consent to Talleres Nasio S.L. using personal data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. These data (names, e-mail address, postal address, credit card number with expiration date, etc …) are necessary for the processing of your orders.
Orders (containing your account information) are sent through a secure server. Also, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
12.- Warranty
Warranty of our products is given by the manufacturer of them. However, the warranty will not be valid in case of failure or damage due to improper handling or manipulation of the products.
In the case of the purchase of products rebuilt by Talleres Nasio S.L., the warranty period will be 6 months from the actual purchase of the product, as will be stated in the description of the item.
13.- Products returns
Talleres Nasio S.L. accepts returns of the material within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt by the customer, only for final consumers. The returned material must be in its complete original packaging, in good condition and with a copy of the invoice. The returns are always prepaid to the following address:

Talleres Nasio S.L. will proceed to reimburse the sums paid to the customer, free of charge, by the same method that the customer made the payment, and within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days after informing us to exercise their right to withdraw from this contract. Assuming the customer the direct cost of returning the goods.
In the event that the return request is made by a non-final consumer (company or self-employed), such return must be requested in writing to our e-mail info@talleresnasio.com. Talleres Nasio S.L. will proceed to the study of the request and its authorization if approved. In any case the return, if approved, will be made carriage paid to the address above.
14.- Intellectual Property
When connecting to the Internet website created by Talleres Nasio S.L., the customer may not copy or download all or part of its content without prior written permission from Talleres Nasio S.L.
All images on our website and online shop are property of Talleres Nasio S.L., and may not be used, copied, modified or reproduced for any purpose without our prior consent.
In case of making an authorization of this type on any content of our property, it will bear our seal and signature, to make it clear.
